At Royal Boutique, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To start the return process, please contact us at info@royalboutique.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back, particularly for luxury watch purchases.
When contacting us, please include the following information:
- Order number
- Item you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Confirmation that the item has not been worn or used
Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of accessories. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted. All returned items will be inspected by our admin team upon receipt.
If you change your mind and return your item within the 14-day policy, you will receive a full refund, minus any courier and insurance costs for shipping to and from your designated address.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item, return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item you wish to purchase.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
