For the purchase of any watch (excluding Casio models), we require a valid photograph ID and a recent utility bill to be provided within 48 hours of our request. This measure is essential to protect both our business and our customers from potential fraud. While we understand this may cause some inconvenience, it is a necessary step to ensure the safety of both parties. We appreciate your cooperation and will do our best to make this process as smooth as possible.

Important Notes:
- All photographic ID must be valid and in-date.
- Additional documents must match the shipping address and cannot be dated later than 8 weeks from the time of submission.
- We require only one of each type of document to be submitted to Royal Boutique within 48 hours of our request.
Reporting Fraud
Royal Boutique is committed to maintaining a secure shopping environment and will report any attempts at fraud to the relevant authorities. We reserve the right to cancel any purchase if we believe it to be invalid.
