We offer free insured and tracked shipping on all luxury watch purchases worldwide.
All watch orders will be shipped as soon as funds have cleared in the Royal Boutique bank account.
We partner with trusted couriers to ship daily. All orders are packed and processed before 5 PM (GMT) Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not ship or deliver on Saturdays.
If you purchase a watch from outside the UK/Ireland, a member of our team will contact you to request a copy of your ID and proof of address, such as a bank statement or utility bill. The watch will then be sent to your local collection point (FedEx or UPS), where ID will be required upon collection.
We ship with a trusted courier, and your order will be insured and tracked. Shipping can take between 1 to 10 working days, depending on the destination country. A tracking number will be sent to the email you provided with your order; please remember to check your junk folder.
Once items are shipped, liability is covered by the carrier’s terms. We will ship to the address you specify; if you provide an incorrect address, neither Royal Boutique nor the courier can be held responsible for any lost items. Please double-check your shipping address. Any shipping damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery; otherwise, it will be ineligible for insurance or refund claims.
Customs procedures and protocols vary by country, and our estimated shipping times do not include the time required to clear customs. Royal Boutique is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process. You will need to contact your local customs office for any issues, as we cannot do this on your behalf.
Please Note: Customers outside the EU/UK will be charged the same as UK and EU customers, exclusive of local taxes, VAT, import fees, or other duties that may apply based on your location. Any charges applied upon import will be your responsibility and must be paid by you. Please consider these potential charges before making your purchase.
If items are returned to us as undeliverable (including failed or refused deliveries), the re-importation and shipping costs will be deducted from any refund due.
All fashion watches (including Casio models) and accessories are shipped within 3-5 business days. We use Royal Mail 1st Class for all UK orders, and this shipping is complimentary.
Shipping to the EU and the rest of the world will incur different rates based on your location, which will be displayed during the checkout process. These orders are sent tracked with Royal Mail, and we ask that you allow up to 28 working days for delivery, depending on the destination. A tracking number will be sent to the email you provided; please check your spam folder.
Please note that all WOLF accessories are drop-shipped from our suppliers. Their stock levels, shipping times, and policies may differ from ours, and they only drop ship from the UK and EU.
